To Families Who Have a Loved One Struggling with Addiction
Are you struggling with a loved one who is addicted to drugs and/or alcohol?
Are you feeling sad, angry, fearful, and powerless in helping your son, daughter, parent, brother, or sister who is slowly self-destructing?
Do you know it is possible to feel peace even if your loved one continues to use?
I am a licensed clinical social worker who has been treating individuals with a variety of mental health issues for years. However, I also have 20 years of experience dealing with my addicted loved one and know the range of emotions you are going through.
I learned to navigate this painful journey and was
able to find peace even when my loved one continued to use.
Using my education, knowledge, skills, and experience, I offer psychoeducation regarding addiction, community resources, relapse planning, and strategies to deal with your loved one who continues to self-destruct from addiction. Also, I offer counseling to help you navigate the myriad of emotions you are experiencing.
